Privacy Policy

Intentions ("we") runs intentions-cc.com and sells event tickets at tickets.intentions-cc.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Ticket orders: your name, email, the tickets you buy, and any attendee details the checkout asks for. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you sign up for or receive: your email address and whether you open or click our messages.
• Site activity: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To sell and deliver your tickets, check you in, and contact you about the event.
• To send updates about Intentions events. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To measure our advertising and show our events to people who visited our sites, using Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of contact details you enter, such as your email or name, so Meta can match the visit to an account. Meta cannot read the original details from the hashed copy.
• To understand how people find and use our sites, and to measure Google ads, using Google Analytics.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Resend (email delivery), Webflow (website hosting) and DigitalOcean (ticketing hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Advertising cookies: our sites use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics by default. On the ticket site, choose Opt out on the cookie notice or Opt out of ad cookies at the bottom of any event page, and these tools stop loading in that browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: the ticket site does not load them at all, and on intentions-cc.com Google Analytics sets no cookies. To opt out of the Meta Pixel on intentions-cc.com, block cookies for the site in your browser settings or email us.
• Ads: manage how Meta uses your activity at facebook.com/adpreferences, and how Google does at myadcenter.google.com. Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout blocks Google Analytics everywhere.
• Your data: email james@intentions-cc.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising. We honour these requests from everyone, wherever you live, and reply within 45 days.
